About Annie Bailey - Trainer/Owner
Annie grew up in a small town in rural Vermont. She received her degree in Zoology from the University of New Hampshire and was shortly there-after accepted as a marine mammal training intern at Miami Seaquarium in Miami, Florida. After training in Miami for just under a year, her husband was transferred to the Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California, so she left the dolphins and sea lions and headed west.
It was in California that she found her calling in rehabilitating and training dogs. She did an apprenticeship with an established obedience trainer/behaviorist and after only one month she had saved five dogs from euthanization. Although rehabilitation is what drives her passion, she gets great satisfaction from her daily work with clients by teaching them the essentials in dog obedience.
Annie lives in Suisun City with her husband Brett, and her constantly changing dog pack. She has certified her Labrador Retriever Emma as an AKC Canine Good Citizen and uses her assistance with many of her clients with exciteable and/or aggressive dogs. Her supportive family has enabled her to play an active role in re-homing and fostering dogs. Annie’s experience with both domestic and exotic animals makes her the qualified trainer she is today.

About Kris Morin - Trainer/Owner
The question Kris always hears from clients at some point during training, "So, how did you become a dog trainer?" The answer is always simple and a little surprising, "Because my dogs were good, people told me I should!" Kris had no formal training (like Cesar Milan) but continually amazed people with how well her own dogs behaved and what a pleasure they were to be around. As a young girl, Kris spent thousands of hours at the stables riding, working, and seeing how well ranch dogs behaved. Those dogs were always respectful, reliable, and happy. Watching how the ranchers worked with the dogs and horses strongly influenced Kris. It never occurred to Kris that having her dogs front yard perimeter trained, going to dog beds with a wave of the hand, and to the backyard with just a single word was anything special. When asked how she did this, the response was always the same, "I had high expectations, corrected them sensibly and followed that up with lots of practice, patience, and praise!" After nine years of being a stay-at-home mom she finally decided to try her hand at training dogs and their owners. She contacted an obedience/behaviorist trainer and after a 3 month apprenticeship, began working with everything from puppies to aggressive dogs. Three years ago Kris already knew that she loved dogs but discovered quickly that her true passion was teaching people about dog psychology, leadership, and obedience.
Today Kris has three fabulous dogs, two awesome kids, two quiet snakes, and one wonderful and supportive husband! Her home has been sanctuary to over 14 dogs that she has re-homed to new homes that each and every dog remain in today, one of the proud and satisfying accomplishments she shares with her family. Kris enjoys swimming, biking, horseback riding, hiking, reading, and hanging out with her family, friends, and all of their dogs!

About Vanessa Cattaneo - Trainer
Vanessa's love for animals started when she was very young. She grew up on her grandparent's farm where there were lots of different animals, from the guardian dog to the chicks that hatched on a regular basis. She loved watching the way they behaved and learned, all in their own different ways. Her true love for dogs manifested even more when she was a teenager and got Ozzy, a Pit Bull mix that she rescued from euthanasia and ultimately became part of her family. She also took in a Chihuahua mix that resembled a mouse compared to Ozzy when they stood side by side; they became the best of buddies. They both taught her a lot about dog behavior and psychology. Later on she was hired at Petsmart to take care of all the animals they housed, feeding and cleaning them, but Vanessa was more interested in dog training. She watched the trainer do her thing during her sessions and then she would come home and practice with Ozzy and noticed obvious results, that is when she knew she wanted to be a trainer. A couple of months later Petsmart offered her the opportunity to participate in their dog training program, and she became a certified dog trainer. A few years later she started a family and became a stay at home mom with Ozzy by her side helping her raise her two children. Although she enjoyed staying home with her children, she felt there was something missing. She still wanted to dog train, but wanted to personalize it so she contacted Fabdogz and went through their dog training program. She loves training all dogs and their owners. Vanessa's goal is to some day open a sanctuary for dogs. She loves the outdoors, hiking, camping, and hanging out with her family and friends.
